Greatest NABWESIANS,
Articulate NABWESIANS,
Ever Gallant NABWESIANS,
Good afternoon to esteemed stakeholders, leaders of this illustrious association, and all ladies and gentlemen present today. I warmly welcome you to this occasion.
I am Comr. Awesu Uthman Olanrewaju, the Secretary of the 9th NABWES Independent Electoral Committee. Today, I stand before you as the acting Chairman of this event, filling in for Comr. Awhumenu Emmanuel Fisher, the NABWES IEC chairman.
First and foremost, I express my gratitude to the Creator for granting us the opportunity to gather here today, alive and well.
I extend my sincere appreciation to Hon. GBENU HENUGBE JOSEPH, the esteemed Chairman and leading figure of our LCDA, for his unwavering support to the student body and youth community. His fatherly guidance is unparalleled, and I pray for continued blessings upon him.
I also acknowledge Mrs. LAMINA ADEBOLA GANIAT, Head of the Department of Education for Badagry West LCDA, for her maternal support. I am grateful to Comr. Aladeotan David (Water), an exceptional youth leader, and to all other stakeholders who have contributed to the growth of our association in various ways may God's blessings be upon you all.
My gratitude would be incomplete without recognizing the efforts of the committee members who ensured a free and fair election, thus making our gathering today possible. My thanks go to COMR. OKETERU PEDEPO, COMR. MAUPEGO PAUL, COMR. WHETO WILLIAMS, and COMR. EWHULE JOSEPH.
Every beginning surely has an end, and today we witness the transition of leadership with the inauguration of the association's 9th administrators. I congratulate all elected members of the Student Executive Council and Student Parliamentary Council for going through the challenging electoral process.
I urge all of you to serve as exemplary ambassadors of the association and Badagry West as a whole, consistently prioritizing the interests and development of the association. Congratulations once again, and I wish you all a successful administration ahead.
